Recruitment services have recorded a massive distribution of interviews in an online format


The majority of Russian companies (81%) conduct interviews online, follows from a joint survey of the service and the Kontur.Tolk video communication platform. Most often, Russian employers hire sales specialists remotely. Of all applicants who are interviewed remotely, more than a third (35%) are sales managers. IT specialists are in 2nd place: every fourth remote candidate is a development employee. Often, online interviews are also preferred by administrative staff (23%). Hiring experts see online recruiting as a sustainable trend, saving time and, in other cases, money.
