Polyus shareholders refuse dividends for 2022 – Kommersant


The shareholders of the Russian gold mining company Polyus, following the results of the general meeting, approved the decision not to pay dividends for 2022. Previously not paying dividends for 2022 recommended board of directors of the company.

“Dividends based on the results of the 2022 reporting year shall not be declared or paid,”— leads decision of the Polyus shareholders; corporate information disclosure center.

The Board of Directors has revised its dividend recommendation, taking into account the recent sanctions. Also for 2021 was recommended not pay dividends. In May, Polyus was sanctioned australia, Great Britain And USA.
