Medusa Asian Kitchen Bar x Erborian launched a joint project


The Medusa Asian Kitchen Bar (Pinskiy & Co) and the Korean-French brand Erborian have launched a collaboration project with a special menu and gifts. Chef Dmitry Smirnov talks about the traditions of Asian cuisine in three dishes: bibimbap with beef, vegetables, soybean sprouts and a fried egg, gyoza with pork and kimchi cabbage, and classic Korean japchae noodles. And head bartender Imam Gadzhimagomedov came up with four cocktails dedicated to the main ingredients of Erborian serums – ginger, pepper, yuzu and bamboo. The Medusa Asian Kitchen Bar x Erborian collaboration will last until April 6th.
