Cosmetics brand Clarins is adding a new twist to the culinary experience with a special menu at Le Pigeon, a contemporary French restaurant, starting May 23rd. For a month, you can try the dessert Les Jardins de France (“Gardens of France”) from pastry chef Yulia Posazhennikova-Tutskaya, an orange cake with candied fruit, an airy dessert with the aroma of citrus notes and blackcurrant, which is prepared with pine nuts and airy mint ganache. The head bartender of Le Pigeon Evgeniy Neznanov prepared a light cocktail 29, rue Tronchet (“Tronchet Street 29”) on herbal liqueur with cucumber and mint. It is named after the street where Clarins founder Jacques Courtin Clarens started his cosmetics business in 1954.
